Product Features

-Our products are TS EN 747-1:2012+A1 CE Certified and meet TSE Standards.

-It is a product that meets expectations with its ergonomic design, stylish appearance, material quality, and practicality.

-The bedstead's supporting uprights are natural HORNBEAM wood.

-A distinctive feature of this bedstead is the presence of 6 T-support legs in the under-mattress platform. These support legs add extra strength and durability.

-With its high load capacity, it is a healthy and comfortable sleep-friendly product that satisfies its user.

Materials Used and Features

-Supporting Uprights: 51 mm diameter, 1 mm wall thickness metal tube

-Bedstead Side Rails: 15x25 mm, 1 mm wall thickness double spiral profile. (Noted for its high resistance against mattress sagging.)

-Under-mattress Profiles: 15x25 mm, 1 mm wall thickness, 10 under-mattress profiles and 6 T-support legs are used. This provides high load capacity, eliminating the need to place any additional material (MDF, plywood, etc.) under the mattress.

-Paint: Electrostatic powder paint with epoxy polyester resin is used. After baking at 180-200 degrees, it becomes ready for use in accordance with TSE and CE certification standards.

-Plastic: High tensile and fracture strength ABS quality industrial plastic (special design and patented)
