The product has a travertine pattern as seen in the picture, its material and appearance are very nice. A few screws were missing, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent them, in fact, they sent the entire screw set. I was satisfied and didn't experience any problems. However, I think there is a general problem with the product's dimensions. My wife's size 35-36 shoes fit, but when I put my size 41-42 shoes in, the lid doesn't close. It closes if I crush the top of the shoes and push them towards the bottom, but this also squashes and damages the shape of the shoes. I won't be able to use it, we will put my wife's shoes in it from now on. I deducted 1 point because it needs to be dimensionally improved.
